EPS (expanded polystyrene foam) is an extremely environment-friendly packaging and insulating material. Its production requires little energy and raw materials, as the end product is 98% pure air. EPS contains no CFCs or other harmful substances, is strong, lightweight and easy to recycle into raw material for new products.
The EPS industry has a great deal of innovative know-how, thanks to which many new applications have been developed for insulating or protective purposes in sectors such as construction, the automotive industry and electrical and mechanical engineering.
